Returns Policy

We want you to be completely happy with your purchase. If something isn't right, here's how we handle returns.

Your right to cancel

Under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods, for any reason. You then have a further 14 days to return the items to us.

Condition of returned items

Items must be returned in their original condition, unused and in original packaging where possible. We reserve the right to refuse a return or reduce the refund amount if items show signs of use or damage.

How to start a return

Email us at hello@omniamarket.store with your order number and reason for return. We will respond within 2 business days with return instructions.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund within 5–10 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

Return shipping costs

Unless the item is faulty or not as described, the cost of return shipping is the customer's responsibility.

Faulty or damaged items

If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and we will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
