All orders are dispatched from our UK warehouse. Here's everything you need to know about delivery.

Delivery times

Most orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Estimated delivery times are 3–7 business days from dispatch, depending on the product. Some larger items such as beds and furniture may take up to 7 working days.

Free delivery

We offer free standard delivery on all orders to mainland UK addresses.

Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information where available.

Delivery address

Please ensure your delivery address is correct at checkout. We are unable to redirect parcels once dispatched. We currently deliver to mainland UK addresses only.

Missed deliveries

If you are not available at the time of delivery, the courier will leave a card with instructions for rearranging delivery or collecting from a local depot.
